January also saw part of the Effective Management team take some well-deserved time off, with Sara, Jonathan and our newly appointed Operations Manager, Amber, leaving the Norfolk coast behind in favour of the vertiginous heights of the snowy French Alps. Packing in some precious family time, Team Effective hit the slopes and took great advantage of the après-ski! As usual, they refused to switch off completely and used the time together to work on the growth and development plans for 2025. Returning fully invigorated, there is a lot on the horizon for this first quarter which is great news for the business, but perhaps less great news for the rest of the team now responsible for implementing all the new plans!
