It’s not every day that you receive a call from ITV News with an invitation for interview. Yet in the first week of January, that’s exactly what happened. Thanks to a recommendation from our Senior Account Manager, Victor Ling, of the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce, we welcomed a small crew from the regional news channel to shoot an interview with our Director, Sara, regarding the imminent hike in employer national insurance contributions. Sara articulated the potential negative impacts of the increased payments on small businesses and expressed concern over how this might affect Norfolk SMEs and the local economy. The interview was aired on Good Morning, Britain on 24 January 2025 and broadcast again that evening on ITV News. It was an exciting moment for the team and certainly one that will be added to the Effective Hall of Fame!
